If you're experiencing a technical issue, don't hesitate to try the following before contacting us:

  • log out and log back in again

  • check on the Play Store or App Store the app is up to date, you can also just delete and reinstall the app

  • try out if the problem happens on both wifi and 4G

  • find out  if Bsit is allowed to use mobile data in your phone's settings

If none of these work, please contact us through support@bsit.com with:

  • an exact description of what is happening or - even better - a screenshot or video

  • the make and model of the phone, the version of the iOS or Android operating system and the version of the app (under "Help & Info").

We will try to find a solution as soon as possible!
